great location modern design poor soundproofing missed cleaning
the location was great for accessing public transport. the room was clean and the modern design was nice (i liked the minimalist style).
the room was not soundproofed well enough. i could hear noise from a nearby bar until late evening.

ideal location quick requests stylish presentation
i found the location ideal for exploring. the staff responded quickly to requests i made. i appreciated the hotel's bar with sophisticated drinks and service, it was a pleasure. i particularly enjoyed breakfast with its stylish presentation.
the heating stopped at 11pm, so the room was cold until morning. extra blankets were not available which caused some discomfort.

The location is undeniably fantastic. It is close to the central station and metro stops. The staff are attentive. The lady working at the bar was particularly excellent. She managed everything very well, even during busy times.
The luggage hold did not feel secure to me. Anyone could ask for a key, and it's difficult to know who is accessing it. The housekeeping did not clean the room. The room was cold.

superb city centre stay
amazing location convenient proximity modern decor breakfast buffet
the location was amazing. i found the proximity to tivoli gardens especially convenient (i love amusement parks!). the room i stayed in featured modern décor. it included a fridge, which i used to store drinks and snacks. also, the breakfast buffet offered many choices.
the bathroom was small, so moving around the area was a bit difficult.

the reception staff provided quick assistance when i asked for directions. they were able to answer my questions and offered a map of the area. i found this particularly helpful for planning my daily excursions.

I really appreciated the central location of the hotel. It was very close to many attractions. The room was very clean, and I had no issues . The staff was friendly and always available to assist with requests. I found the bed to be very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I noticed the minibar items took up a lot of space in the small refrigerator.

The room had fantastic underfloor heating in the bathroom!!! It was a welcome surprise. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well designed. I loved the decor.
The service felt very basic. I felt that the staff were not friendly. I did not hear any friendly comments, pleases, or thank yous. This disappointed me.
